ST. PATTY'S DAY FUN AT SHERWOOD

Where/When: Sherwood Brewing Company; all day/night long on March 17.

Why Go: Enjoy much more than a bit o' Irish fun this fine day, with limerick contests, drink and dining specials, music and more.

LUCK O' THE IRISH LUNCH

Where/When: St. Thomas Community Presbyterian Church; Thursday, March 17, 2-4 pm.

Why Go: Seniors are invited for a free Irish luncheon, with home-cooked Irish stew, corned beef and cabbage, and to socialize at the church. There will also be games of chance to enjoy.

DANCE THE TANGO

Where/When: Argentine Tango Detroit; Fridays, 9-11:30 pm.

Why Go: Spice up your life with some tango and Latin dancing. No partner is needed.

Pricing: Varies. Buy a dance card (packages vary) or pay $10-15 and get a free lesson.

CLUB SWING

Where/When: Macomb Center for Performing Arts; Sunday, March 20, 3 pm.

Why Go: Enjoy an afternoon of swing music and dance, including classics by Benny Goodman, Louis Prima and more, presented by Five By Design.

REGGAE PARTY

Where/When: Packard Grill & Sports Bar; Sundays, 7-11 pm.

Why Go: Enjoy an island getaway each Sunday night as Packard Grill throws a reggae-themed bash with music and tropical flare.
