Racers Lace Up For Special Olympics Last Weekend
Rivers Bends hosts annual Gopher the Gold event.

The eighth annual Gopher the Gold race benefitting Macomb county Special Olympians was Saturday at River Bends Park in Shelby. There were approximately 500 people either walking or running in a 5K or 10K race throughout the park. Here's highlights from the race.
