Rock the Vote: Eisenhower Students Get Politically Active

Eisenhower High School will hold it's third annual "Rock the Vote" political rally Oct. 3.

The Eisenhower Student Council will not be sitting idly as the election season creeps up and seniors who may be eligible to vote don't register.

On Oct. 3, Eisenhower High School will hold it's third annual "Rock the Vote" politcal rally to promote the importance of voting.

During the three-hour rally, the Student Council will provide information regarding both parties and bring in speakers such as Macomb County Exeucutive Mark Hackel to explain the process.

Students will also learn how to get involved with politics.

Voter registration for students 18 and older and staff members will also be taking place.

Keynote speakers from both political parties will hold a question and answer session from 7:20 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
