If you're a girl who loves the game of softball, then this camp is for you!! Laura Guzman (Head Coach) is a former collegiate softball player at Wayne State and currently coaches at Rochester High. Instruction will focus on enhancing softball fundamentals, proper techinque, and knowledge of this up and coming game. The morning program will concentrate on Slow Pitch, while the afternoon session will be devoted to Fast Pitch. These camps will be held on outdoor fields at the following location: Whispering Woods Park in Shelby Township.

More About Joe Dumars Fieldhouse
Joe Dumar's Fieldhouse is a one-stop shop for food and sports-related fun. The indoor restaurant, Joe's Southern Grill, features southern favorites like shrimp bisque, a Blue Bayou burger, and southern style cornbread. The tables are made from basketball courts that were played on by the Detroit Pistons, and the décor includes signed sports memorabilia and 10 plasma televisions. Many tables overlook the restaurant's busy athletic arenas. Joe's Southern Grill also has a full bar.
In the summer, Joe's Backyard BBQ is open for business. It features an outdoor tiki bar, dining tables, LCD televisions, beach volleyball, horseshoes and live music.
The athletic facilities at the Fieldhouse include roller hockey arenas, basketball courts and volleyball courts. Leagues for all ages and pick-up games are available.
For even more fun, check out the nearby Bayou Adventure, which offers mini-golf, a ropes course, mini-bowling, a bungee trampoline, laser tag, slot car racing, climbing wall and an arcade. All attractions are indoor for year-round use.
