More About City of Utica
Utica is once-time small town along the banks of the Clinton River which has grown into a bustling little city with about 5,000 residents. The city has its own fire and police department, Building Department and a Mayor's Office.
Utica is located in Macomb County and is about 12 miles north of Detroit, and 11 miles east of Pontiac. It occupies about 1.9 square miles.
Utica City Hall shares the same building with the police department and, right next door, the library can be found.
