More About Shelby Township Fire Department
The Shelby Township Fire Station headquarters is located on 23 Mile Road between Van Dyke Avenue and Mound Road. Station 1 of 4 is positioned in the center of town and houses the most fire equipment. The fire chief's office, the chief of training, the fire marshall and the fire prevention division are all located inside the building. The building was erected in 1971, and it underwent a major renovation in 2010.
