Dave Tuscany and Dave Kwansy of RE/MAX Suburban Receive Top Real-Estate Honor

Dave Tuscany and Dave Kwansy, brokers and owners of RE/MAX Suburban of Sterling Heights, received the Howard McPherson Eagle Award, the top honor for the region.  The award was presented at a recent ceremony at Motor City Casino in Detroit. 

Tuscany and Kwansy were selected for the award by ranking No. 1 for southeast Michigan as well as well as Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and southern Ohio.  The team also received the Showcase Award (31 to 50 agents) for southeast Michigan.  Showcase honorees are rated on broker participation, agent growth, average commissions and agent productivity.

The team founded RE/MAX Suburban in 1990.  Their goal was to make it the premier real-estate office in metro Detroit.  The team has been recognized on numerous occasions for their leadership, office growth and sales.
