Contest: Enter to Win Free Makeover

We’ve teamed up with to give one lucky reader a free makeover during the first ever Patch Ladies Night Out.

On July 14, it’s going to be a ladies night extravaganza. The winner will be transformed in the salon, as guests shop and get discounted salon services.

The makeover will include full color and highlights, a professional haircut and styling by one of Lux Salon’s top stylists, along with makeup and waxing (eyebrows, lip, and chin).

To enter, tell us in the comments below why you need a makeover. The winner will be chosen at random.

Entries must be submitted to from now until July 13. The winner will of the Patch Ladies Night Out makeover will be announced on July 13.  No contest would be complete with out official rules. Check them out .

The Patch Ladies Night Out will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m July 14. The salon will be open for women looking to have some fun, update their look and maybe even do a little shopping. So, grab your girlfriend and head to that day.

Stations offered that night include:

• Makeup: for $25 which includes a makeup consultation, eye design and lip gloss & liner

• Feather: One feather extension for $25

• Massage: $1 per minute of massage

• Botox:  Employees from Dr. William Vasileff’s Birmingham Institute of Plastic Surgery will be offering Botox appointments beginning at 6 p.m. and charging only $9.50/unit (normally $12-20). All attendees are eligible for a $50 credit towards any filler injections completed by 8/31/2011.

• Latisse: Lash extensions

• Cut, color and highlight: Stylists will be accepting appointments and discounted gift certificates are available. Call the salon at 586-781-6589 for more information on pricing.

Lux also will offer 30% all products, as well as various raffle prizes.

Posh Palace will also be in attendance showing off their new fall jewelry and accessories lines.
