Local Chef Heats Up St. John Vianney
Chef John Bendzinski of the Capital Banquet Center in Washington Township holds a special cooking demo at St. John Vianney Church.
A cooking demonstration was held May 19 at in Shelby Township by Chef John Bendzinski of the Capital Banquet Center in Washington Township. Participants were shown how make harvest stuffed chicken breast with velouté sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, a poached medley of vegetables and caramelized pears.
