Scout's In For Treat at Stony Creek With Spooktacular Fall Lineup

It’s going to be a spooktacular October at Stony Creek for Scouts with moonlight wagon rides.

Naturally it’s Howl‘O’ween

Saturday, October 22 from noon to 2 pm, Nature Center. Whooo likes Halloween? Join us for an afternoon of games and crafts, and a chance to learn about and see up-close some of Halloween’s spookiest animals, including slithery snakes! Plus, have a chance to break open a piñata. Don’t forget to wear your costume! Fee: $5 per child/$3 per adult. Preregistration required.

Cub Scouts

Moonlight Wagon Rides,” Wednesday, October 26 from 6 pm to 9 pm, Nature Center.  This program, specially designed for scouts and a parent (no siblings please), includes a Nature Center visit, a wagon ride through the woods and a bonfire with cider and donuts! Fee: $6 per person.  Preregistration and prepayment required and begins Monday, October 3. 

Girl Scouts

Moonlight Wagon Rides,” Thursday, October 27 from 6 pm to 9 pm, Nature Center.  This program, specially designed for scouts and a parent (no siblings please), includes a nature center visit, a wagon ride through the woods and a bonfire with cider and donuts! Fee: $6 per person.  Preregistration and prepayment required and begins Monday, October 3.
