St. Baldrick's 2012 Schedule: Parade, Head Shaving, Live Music

The Village of Romeo is hosting its annual St. Baldrick’s Foundation head-shaving event this Saturday to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer research.

More than 380 people, including several from Shelby Township, have signed on to shave their heads in support, but those who aren't keen on losing their locks this weekend can still enjoy live music, raffles and activities throughout the day.

Here's a schedule of events:

• 1-5 p.m. - Kids Center at the Lions Club House: Bingo, Face Painting, Raffle, DJ
• 1-4 p.m. - DJ Zak Attack: Kids Center at the Lions Club House
• 1-5:45 p.m. - Raffle at Lions Field House
• 1-3 p.m. - The Journeymen at Younger's Irish Tavern
• 1-3 p.m. - Casual Smile: Live music at Thee Office Pub
• 3-3:20 p.m. - Parade through Downtown Romeo
• 3:15-4 p.m. - St. Andrews Pipe Band at Romeo Lion's Fieldhouse
• 3:20-3:45 p.m. - Opening Ceremony at Romeo Lions Fieldhouse
• 3:45-6:30 p.m. - Shaving of the Heros at the Romeo Lions Fieldhouse
• 6-7 p.m. - Casey O'Leary Acoustic at Younger's Irish Tavern
• 5-6 p.m. - Gerard Smith at Younger's Irish Tavern/Upstairs
• 6:50-7 p.m. - Shavee group photo on stage at the Romeo Lions Fieldhouse
• 6:30-6:45 p.m. Raffle drawing at the Lion's Field House
• 6-10 p.m. - Bob and Carl: Live music at Thee Office Pub
• 7-9 p.m. - Bill Grogan's Goat at Younger's Irish Tavern/Upstairs
• 9-10 p.m. - Japanese Cowboys at Younger's Irish Tavern
• 7-9 p.m. - Karaoke at Art & Jakes
• 9 p.m.-midnight - DJ & Karaoke at Art and Jakes
