Preparations Underway for the Utica Riverwalk Festival
Carnival rides began arriving Monday in Utica for the annual Riverwalk Festival.
The first signs that the Utica Riverwalk Festival is approaching arrived Monday morning.
Carnival rides began arriving on the edge of downtown Utica, and crews began preparations to erect the midway on Auburn at Moscone.
The carnival opens Wednesday, and is followed a weekend of events including live entertainment, a kids bike parade, rubber piggy race, fireworks and car show.
