Kroger Announces Opening Date for New Shelby Township Store
Kroger will reportedly open a new store in January in Shelby Township.
Kroger plans to open a new Shelby Township in January according to a report by The Detroit Free Press.
The 114,000-square-foot store at 23 Mile and Hayes will include home goods and furniture, the story stated. The existing store, across Hayes in Macomb Township, will close according to the report.
The opening of the Shelby Township store was part of the announcement by the grocery store chain that it would be hiring 2,000 people in the next 18 months, the Free Press reports.
