Marina,
I am curious why you chose these three foreclosures. I know Shelby Twp has more than three foreclosures, why only thses three?

Hi Brent. That's a good question. I used AOL Real Estate http://realestate.aol.com/ for Patch.com is a subsidiary of AOL and I have full access to the listings on this site. I do not need copyright permission to use these listings. Only three came up on the site. Thanks.

Marina... Me think you need sources, and or do better research before publishing a story. According to public records all of these homes have been sold to new owners in the last 10 months, and are not listed on any MLS or Fannie Mae sites as currently available.

Hi Paul. I got all the listings from the AOL Real Estate website thinking they were all good. But upon further investigation, you are correct. All of the homes were sold more than 6 months ago. I had a Realtor, who has access to the MLS, look up the properties and she confirmed your assessment. I guess I can no longer trust any source other than MLS, which I don't have access to. Thanks for letting me know. Marina
