What products or services do you offer?

The Books Connection of Shelby carries new books as well as used books. We offer everything from bestsellers to children's books to Bibles, dictionaries, classics, and even rentals. I also do out-of-print book searches.

What do you want your business to be best known for?

I think that the most important part of any business is customer service. I want to be sure that each person who walks into my store it treated to the best service and a friendly staff. I want everyone to feel that if they are looking for something special, that we will do everything possible to find it for them.

What is your most popular product or service?

The most popular service is ordering new books and getting them quickly...in just a couple of days. And also we have a large selection of used books.
