Shelby Township, Utica Target Stores to Add Fresh Food

The Shelby Township and Utica Target stores are being remodeled to offer expanded grocery options, and other remodeled departments.

Target has begun the remodel of the stores in Shelby Township and Utica to offer an expanded grocery department and a new layout for other areas of the store.

Following the remodel, there will be additional areas for produce, packaged meat and baked goods along with additional national and Target brands.

“We’ve heard from our guests that they want more fresh food options in the convenience of their local Target store,” said Annette Miller, senior vice president of grocery, Target, in a release. “We’re excited to unveil a new, one-stop shopping experience and believe this significant investment underscores our commitment to the Detroit community.”
