Heavy Rains Lead to Higher Clinton River in Utica

Recent heavy rains caused the Clinton River to rise to edge of the banks in Utica.

The recent heavy rains has led to the Clinton River to swell and flood low-lying areas in Clinton River Heritage Park in Utica.

In a video posted here on Patch, the speed of the river can be seen as a bird gets caught in the current and is carried downstream.
