* Parade begins at 1:00pm at Heritage Park in Utica. Party will be at Kuts n' Kisses after parade.
* Dress up in your finest Hawl-O-Ween costumes and come have a blast!
* The fee is $20 for one person or the entire family and one dog to march in the parade. $30 if you have more than one dog.
* Spectators are free.
* Fee includes refreshments at the party for humans and dogs and a photo of your dog in his/her costume to take home.
* Prizes for Best Dog Costume, Dog/Owner look-a-like and Best Dog/Owner Costume Duo.
