MIU Men's Health Foundation Presents: Men's Health Event 20XIII

The Michigan
Institute of Urology Men’s Health Foundation presents the 3rd Annual Men's
Health Event on Saturday, September 21 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Ford Field. This
free event, developed by MIU doctors, gives men a better understanding of how
to stay healthy, screens for some of the most treatable diseases and focuses on
advances in medicine and treatment.

The Men’s Health Event allows participants, even those
without health insurance, to assess their health status with a variety of free
screenings – including testing
prostatic-specific antigen (PSA), testosterone, glucose and cholesterol levels
– vitals measurements; dental, vision and hearing (limited availability) screenings;
BMI analysis and nutritional assessments.

Information sessions
will address a variety of health-related topics, and attendees can get
one-on-one advice from physicians in the “Ask the Doctor.” Attendees will have
an opportunity to kick a field goal on Ford Field and a chance to win Tigers
tickets for that evening’s home game.
