Goal Setting Is Key

We believe goal setting is the key to success. You must have a plan and a goal to achieve your fitness results.

First, we’d like to congratulate all the ladies who participated in our Resolution 2012 Challenge at Ken Jackson’s Fitness Factory.

The results were amazing with over 66 lbs and 57 inches lost as a total for the group. It was a huge success for us and all the ladies involved.

One of the reasons we think this was such a success if because we really focused on goal setting with this group. We believe goal setting is the key to success. You must have a plan and a goal to achieve your fitness results. This is exactly what makes us different from a typical gym- we work with each person personally to help set and then achieve your goals.

For example in this past Resolution Challenge, to start the program each person was weighed and measured and had to establish FIVE GOALS they would like to accomplish for the eight weeks.

Each week they would meet with us a group workout focusing on challenging them and their muscles in a whole different way. They would also receive weekly emails on meal plans and training assignments. Each person also received a variety of healthy and quick recipes to help keep them on track.

The goal setting was the first step for these ladies, and we think it paid off.
