Personal Training & Small Group Training...and Let's Run!

Work out with friends, run, bike...or walk. It's time to get fit for summer!

What is Small Group Training? Getting the experience of a personal trainer but in a small group enviornment. You get a full-body work out with free weights, gym equipment, toning exercises, and conditioning to help you reach your fitness goals! I design a workout program for you, make sure you are doing the exercise properly, and help you maximize your training time! Using weight training helps to expedite weight loss as well as tone and sculpt your body. I do this training at my home in Chesterfield and the Ken Jackson's Fitness Factory! Small groups consist of 4 to 10 people. Bring your own group or join an existing group! One hour sessions. Day and Evening Sessions are available! Call me (Nancy G.) or email me for openings or to schedule an appointment.

We've also just launched the Nancy G. Running Club!

Starting in May! If you are a beginner or would like help training for a 5k, 10, 1/2 or full marathon, join me! If you are interested, please email me for details! Myself & Marathon Runner/Coach Bruce Sequin will guide you! nancygfitness@att.net. We will do guided runs and weekly training programs.

Along with group runs, I will be organinzing group bike trips this summer! I will be posting the schedule via email and websites! This is a great fun way to get outside and get a great workout! Rides vary in distance starting at Stoney Creek.  So get your bikes ready and let's RIDE!!!

Not ready to run just yet? Call Sheila to find out about her Macomb Orchard Trail walking times and you can get fit while seeing our gorgeous trails in the Shelby Township area.
