Shelby Forest Holds Affordable Housing Expo

Looking for housing that's reasonable? Look no further: Shelby Forest will be hosting an Affordable Housing Expo, June 24-26.

The open house features a variety of homes, from community- and bank-owned to resident listed, all for sale in this manufactured housing community.

With low interest rates and low down payments available for those who qualify, this makes it a great time to buy a home in Michigan.

“We have two-, three- and four-bedroom homes available with features such as decks, fireplaces, carports and more,” says Dick Malcolm, a salesman with Shelby Forest. “Prices range from $10,000 to over $50,000.”

Shelby Forest offers residents excellent amenities like the swimming pool, community clubhouse, fitness center, planned activities, basketball court, playground and park areas. Shelby Forest’s location on Schoenherr, just south of 23 Mile Road, means major shopping areas, restaurants and attractions are a quick drive away. Children living in the community attend the award-winning Utica Community School District.
