Shelby West Holds Open House

Shelby West is holding a three-day open house July 22-24. More than 20 community-owned homes, bank-owned homes and resident-listed homes priced from $18,000 to more than $60,000 will be open for viewing.

“We have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes with available features such as state-of-the-art kitchens, beautiful stone fireplaces, outdoor decks and patios, large carports and more,” says salesman Dick Malcolm.

The open house also provides a chance opportunity to see this community, built around a 36-acre nature preserve and 5-acre lake.
