The Shelby Township-based Rhythm Pointe Dance Academy performing team won first place at the dance/drill team competition held prior to the Rochester Hometown Christmas Parade on Sunday.
This is the fourth year in a row RPDA won the honor. They also recently performed at America's Thanksgiving Day parade in Detroit and will perform at the pregame of the Detroit Pistons game on Friday.
