Shelby-Utica Restaurants will be Open on Thankgiving

If your plan for Thanksgiving does not include cooking a big dinner, a number of local restaurants will do the cooking for you.

  • Buca di Beppo in Utica, which will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving, offers large or small feast consisting of turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes for $89.95 or $49.95 respectively.   • Filippa's Wine Barrel in Utica, which will be open from 12:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving, offers a full-plated Thanksgiving dinner, with turkey, stuffing, ham, mashed potatoes with giblet gravy, fresh vegetables, cranberries, Michigan seasonal salad and pumpkin pie, at $22 for adults, $10 for kids ages under 10, and free for kids under 3. Filippa's Wine Barrel accepts reservations.
