1. Work on figuring out what you REALLY want and why you want it. Simply the goal of losing weight is not enough. Setting a clear and specific goal is key to getting the results you want.

2. Get your kitchen, pantry and fridge ready. Do a healthy choices makeover of your kitchen. Learn how to read labels.

3. Do a detox to get rid of the toxins we all carry around and really load on during the holidays. A good detox for the liver and colon are essential for a clean start !

4. Crowd out the bad stuff with good healthy foods. Healthy foods feed the cells and this is the foundation for our body to do what it needs to take care of us now and for many years to come.

Tomorrow, I will explore how to define what you really want.
