Update: Macomb Twp. Teen Seriously Injured in Hall Road Crash

The Shelby Township police said they are continuing their investigation into what caused a serious car accident on Hall Road and Hayes.

A Macomb Township teenage girl was seriously injured Wednesday evening in a two-vehicle crash on Hall Road and Hayes.

The accident occurred in front of the Meijer parking lot at approximately 5:30 p.m.

The teen was the passenger in one of the vehicles involved. She was transported to Henry Ford Hospital where she remains in serious condition. Firefighters told Patch two others were treated at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation. Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to contact Sgt. Cazabon at the Shelby Township Police Department at 586-731-2121 Ext. 423.
