Hearings Postponed for Men Charged in Hall Road Road-Rage Incidents

The hearings of Ronald St. Onge and David Julian have been postponed to later dates in January and February, respectively.

The hearings scheduled Tuesday for two men involved in separate road-rage incidents on Hall Road over Thanksgiving weekend have been postponed.

Ronald St. Onge, 46, of Almont, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, after having allegedly pointed a gun at a 44-year-old Shelby Township resident at Hayes and Hall roads on Nov. 27.

David Julian, 45, of Clinton Township, was also charged with assault with a deadly weapon, having pointed a gun at another Clinton Township resident on Hall Road at Romeo Plank that same day.

Both men were arraigned in the 41-A District Court and released on bond.

The pre-examination hearings for St. Onge and Julian were rescheduled to Jan. 13 and Feb. 10, respectively.

Julian's attorney, Nunzio Provenzano, asked 41-A District Court Judge Douglas P. Shepherd for a 30-day adjournment to allow him time to review the video recording used by the Macomb County Sheriff's Office to charge his client.

Shepherd agreed to the adjournment.
