Man Arrested Outside Best Buy With Knife

Utica Best Buy employees call police after man was seen playing with knife outside store.

A Macomb Township man was arrested for disorderly conduct last Thursday outside of Best Buy in Utica after store employees told police he had been sitting on a bench for a while playing with a large knife.

Best Buy employees told police he had been frightening customers as he opened and closed a pocket knife in front of the store.

When Utica police arrived, they found a five-inch knife and a pocket knife in the man's pocket. Police also found a marijuana pipe.

The knife and pipe were confiscated, and the man was issued a citation.
