Tickets On Sale for Shelby Firefighters' Annual Red Hot Dance

The Shelby Township Firefighters are looking to raise some serious cash for young burn victims through the annual Red Hot dance Feb. 18.

Looking for a place to celebrate Valentine’s Day while raising money for a good cause?

The 22nd Annual Red Hot Night, hosted by Shelby Township Fire Fighters Local 1338, will be Feb. 18 at the .

Guests will dance the night away after enjoying a four-course meal, drinks from the premium bar and maybe even winning some door prizes or raffle items.

All proceeds from the night will be donated to The Great Lakes Burn Camp.  Held twice yearly, the weeklong camp is a special place where burn survivors ages 6-17 can heal and grow together.

raised more than $10,000 for the camp, but this year, the Firefighters are raising the bar with a goal of $12,000.

Tickets are $125.00 per couple. The firefighters have arranged a package deal. For $225, a couple will get entry to the dance, a room at the in Shelby Township and transportation to and from the hotel. There are a limited number of rooms available, and must be booked by Feb. 3.
