Police said the woman was traveling north on Clinton River Road when she lost control of her vehicle, went over a curve, crossed the lawn and came out onto eastbound Canal Road. That’s when she allegedly cut off the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado, causing extensive damage to his vehicle.  The man was transported to Troy Beaumont hospital with minor injuries.

When police arrived they said they found an empty container of alcohol and a marijuana pipe inside the woman’s vehicle and a marijuana grinder in her purse. At the scene, the woman failed a breath test and had a .163 blood alcohol content, according to a report.
