Utica Swears in 3 New Firefighters
Utica welcomes 3 new members of the Utica Fire Department.
The just got a little bigger Tuesday with the hire of three new firefighters.
During a ceremony at the City Hall, Utica Mayor Jacqueline Noonan swore in firefighters James Brown, 28, Mike Chmielewsi, 33, and Bryn Wisniewski, 22.
