Woman Seriously Injured in Crash at 23 Mile and Van Dyke

A woman was seriously injured in a two-car crash at 23 Mile Road and Van Dyke Avenue Wednesday.

A woman was seriously injured in multi-vehicle crash on 23 Mile Road and Van Dyke Avenue Wednesday, just before noon.

Lt. Michael Coady said the woman had suffered “very severe injuries.” She was transported by EMS to Henry Ford Hospital. Her identity is not known.

The intersection was closed for ninety minutes while police conducted their investigation.

Coady told Patch he could not release details of the crash because the investigation has not been completed.
