Shelby Township and Utica have not signed a cost sharing agreement for a new 41-A District Court, according to an article in The Voice.

The agreement, which was approved by the Macomb Township Board of Trustees, has a July 18 deadline for the agreement to be returned to the township by the other two communities, according to the report.

If all the communities sign the agreement, the story states Macomb Township
will examine the feasibility of moving the court from the current location in Shelby Township to Macomb Township.
