Macomb Township to Reportedly Review 41-A Finances

Plante Moran will conduct a financial analysis of 41-A District Court finances for Macomb Township, according to a report in the Macomb Daily.

The Macomb Township Board of Trustees voted May 8 to direct Plante Moran to review the finances of the 41A District Court , the Macomb Daily reported.

According to the story, Plante Moran will examine the court's revenues and expenditures from the past two years. The firm will also project finances through 2017, according to the report.

The court is currently located in Shelby Township, and serves Shelby and Macomb townships as well as Utica. This is the latest proposal in the on-going discussions to move the court to Macomb Township.
