VIDEO: Utica Mayor Leads Way For New Hike and Bike Trail
Jacqueline Noonan led a group of people through a nearly half-mile walk from City Hall to Heritage Park on Friday.
Utica held a dedication Friday for the city's completion of phase one of the Hike and Bike Trail, the grand opening of Heritage Park East, Heritage Park West and Memorial Park.
Phase two of the trail is set to kick off next year. That project will connect Auburn Road to River Bends Park and up to Stony Creek.
