Lunch, Learn and Fight Senior Hunger

Comfort Keepers of Macomb invites seniors and their family to a free Lunch and Learn Program that focus on what seniors need to do to remain healthy and independent. The Dec. 6 session will be held at the Shelby Township Senior Center.

Guest speakers include: Dr. George Nassif, Board Certified Geriatric & Internal Medicine; Sue Figurski, Director, Macomb Food Program; Katherine Benford, Director, Macomb County Senior Nutrition; and  Krista Kuligowski, Owner, Comfort Keepers of Macomb.

Today's luncheon includes senior-style lunches.
