VIDEO: Costume-Clad Students Raise Cash for Abandoned Animals

Halloween isn't about the candy this year at Switzer Elementary School—it's about charity.

Students at in Shelby Township raised more than $500 for the Animal Welfare Society of Southeastern Michigan.

Teachers and students dressed up on Halloween and participated in kid-friendly version of Lets Make a Deal. The children bought tickets last week and were entered to play during a Halloween assembly.
