This class expores restaurant operations with a local culinary instructor. Campers will tackle all facets of running a restaurant including Safety and Sanitation; Food Preparation and Cooking; Menu Design and the keys to great service. Young cooks will create and take with them home-made pasta, pizza, soft pretzels and other treats! This hands-on camp is a great way for kids to gain confidence in the kitchen!
