Shelby West is hosting an Affordable Housing Expo June 3-5. The open house features community-owned homes, bank-owned homes and resident listed homes for sale in the Macomb County manufactured housing community.

“We have two-, three- and four-bedroom homes available with features such as decks, fireplaces, carports and more,” says Salesperson Dick Malcolm. “Prices range from $20,000 to over $60,000.”

The Affordable Housing Expo is open Friday and Saturday, June 3-4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday, June 5 from noon to 5 p.m.
The open house also provides a great opportunity to see this community, as Shelby West was built around a 36-acre nature preserve and 5-acre lake. In addition to the natural scenery, residents enjoy community amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, planned activities, park areas and neighboring Lombardo Park.
