Zumba Fitness Master Class with Detroit Vibe Tribe

The Detroit Vibe Tribe, one of the hottest Zumba Fitness teams in Metro Detroit, is coming to the Ken Jackson's Fitness Factory in Shelby Township on Sunday, Feb. 12. Vibe Fit’s energy-filled Detroit Vibe Tribe instructors Susan Stokely, Christy Baas and Cindy DeBiasi are teaming up with the fabulous Nancy "G" Graybill at Ken Jackson's Fitness Factory bringing a one-hour, high-energy Zumba Fitness party to Macomb County. Men and women of any fitness level are encouraged to attend this event to see for themselves why Zumba Fitness has become a world-renowned phenomenon.

Vibe Fit, co-owned by Susan Stokely and Christy Baas, is most recently known for working with the organizers of Arts, Beats & Eats in an attempt to break the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest Zumba Fitness Class at the 2011 festival in Royal Oak. They came close to breaking the world record with 900+ participants. Stokely was selected by Zumba Fitness to be a Zumba Jammer (ZJ) in 2010. She regularly presents original choreography sessions for members of the Zumba Instructor Network. Baas has taught different exercise formats including aerobics, weightlifting, cycling and Pilates. In 2007, she found a fitness party like no other. While attending a national fitness convention in Chicago, she fell in love with ZUMBA and with Susan, brought Zumba Fitness to their classes in Dearborn, Michigan.
Detroit Vibe also often welcomes celebrity guest instructor Shemane Nugent. Along with Stokely, she is one of only 180 Zumba Jammers around the world. They teach choreography sessions to licensed Zumba Fitness Instructors (ZIN) everywhere. In addition, Nugent is a member of the Zumba in the Circuit (ZIC) development team and holds ZIC master classes. They also hold Rock ‘n’ Roll Revolution master classes, a ROCKin’ fitness party inspired by rock ‘n’ roll and Detroit soul.
