"The girls have been playing great this year and working hard as a team," Utica coach Anthony Adamo said. "They've been picking each other up this season. It's been great to see they are working together as a team and we've focused on not who has the lowest score of the day, but how the team does as a whole. Doing this has allowed us to be able to compete with some of the best teams in the state."

"She's the best freshman in the county by far," said Adamo. "Killian has been working hard and fits great into our team."

The team now has their sights set on regionals and states.

"Our goal is to go to the state meet as a team this year," said Adamo.  "It's important that all the girls do their part and they know that."
