People are fine and prices are near best in town but be careful to ask about where each part is made as most of the stuff they sell is Taiwan/China goods and certain parts like wheel bearings, water pumps seem to have very high failure rates. They always try to back up the failed part (my experience at least) but if you paid someone for labor you will not get that back and have to pay again- So beware of certain parts.
