Well first let me begin with the fact that their tools are WAY TOO OVERPRICED! I was walking around there today and found the same set of channel locks i bought from home depot for $22 brand new.. they were selling the same set just used and beat up for $38 Next, their customer service sucks! My intentions of going there today was to trade a tool box I had in my car and some tools i no longer use at work for a bottom tool box. I go up to the counter and tell the guy what im looking for and he says "no, don't have any, they go fast, all i have is a machinist box over there", reasonable because i didnt see anything so i just kept looking around and found this pretty overpriced waterloo full set box in the back in good shape, had a price tag for about 680 or so but i had the money in pocket,, so i walked around debating for a while and finally decided to just get it, so i headed back to the counter to speak with the guy again this time about trading in the box and tools i had in my car for money towards the waterloo box, i ask the guy if they buy tools and he does not even look at me while hes twiddling his thumbs and just says "no" and said some non sense about being slow, I didnt even get a chance to say what i intended to do, or what i wanted. anyways just want you guys to know that i recommend a lot of mechanics to go to your store, not anymore.. and on the subject of you being slow, good job losing a $700 sale!
