As a single working mom ( 5 kids) a pool is time consuming/expensive but keeps the kids happy and at home.I bought a new filter from here and after 2 months (spending 10+ hours a week and almost $600 in chemicals) and telling them several times something wasn't right it turns out the filter didn't have the part that holds the cartridge in place.I'd asked in the beginning and the salesman assured me it was right-after 2 months they showed me a filter and I discovered the piece was missing-they gave me the piece from the floor model w/o the hose causing another trip there.When I went to the pool supply store across the street even though they didn't sell it to me they offered to have someone come out free and look at it..Pools a go go only made right what should have been right in the first place and cost me a ton of $$ in chemicals...which didn't help-what I needed was a filter that had all the pieces to it in the first place or at least an honest answer when I came back in-they need employees that know what they are talking about. Nice way to make extra money -I've already spent 3x what I usually spend in chemicals for this plus that time trying to clean it! The pool supply across the street and pure water were less $$ and more help and I didn't even buy the filter from either of them. When I told the manager Mark I was writing this review he said he apoligized- the last visit was the first time he heard about it-like I'm supposed to know noone else knows anything there!
