With sunny days and temperatures in the low 70s, bars and restaurants in Shelby and Utica are dusting off their patio furniture pulling out up the umbrellas for patrons to enjoy the mild afternoons and evenings. These restaurants and bars have already opened their outdoor patios for the season. On any given warm and sunny day, from now through the summer, you can visit one of these local watering holes for an outdoor experience.
