MCC Students Bring Patient Back to Life After Fatal Heart Attack
Shelby Township man credited for helping save the life of a person who was considered clinically dead.
Two Macomb Community College Emergency Medical Technicians were honored by a local city for saving the life of a heart attack victim. The Harrison Township Board of Trustees presented Jason Seitz, 21, of Shelby Township, and Jessica Bieszka, 20, of Clinton Township with the Fire Service Life Saving Award at the board's meeting Monday. As part of the student's clinical assignments, they were working with the Harrison Township Fire Department when their unit received an emergency call to assist a heart attack victim.
