Utica Community Schools has canceled classes and all after school programs Friday due to inclement weather, according to WDIV. This is the second snow day of the year for Utica Community Schools, which previously called off school on Jan. 28. Snow Day. For anyone from age 4 through 18, these two words are spoken with whispered reverence before they are subsequently shouted from the snow-covered rooftops.
