  He has a right to be heard in court. He has that RIGHT. We have the right to know if contract law was violated in this case. It's not pro or anti Nightingale. It's the legal system. The scales of justice (especially in the highly regarded Federal Court) will weigh the evidence. Not you. Not me. Not the people of Shelby. And Thankfully, not Mr. Supervisor.

  And another thing. It is shameful that no one on the board (save Mr. Huth) called for order on his personal attack on a fellow elected official. Shame on Mr. Stathakis and his henchmen - and woman.

  Mr. Flynn looked like a cry baby (again) at the meeting. Let the justice system do its work, Mr.Flynn. If the court finds that there was no violation of the contract, the case will be tossed and the judge probably has the discretion to award attorney's fees to the township. Your tirade makes you sound scared. All people have access to the courts- it's one of the things that make our country great. Let the courts decide. Let the people decide if Nick should be re elected when the time comes. What are you afraid of?
