I am a former writer and editor turned stay-at-home mom. I grew up in Sterling Heights and moved with my husband to Shelby Township in 2002. I enjoy walking, visiting parks, dancing and writing in my spare time.

I graduated from Utica High School and received my Bachelor's degree from Oakland University. My career began at Campbell-Ewald Advertising in their custom publishing group, where I started as a copy editor and later became a staff writer. I also worked at Kmart Corporate Headquarters as a publications editor and at ArvinMeritor, an automotive supplier, as a business writer.

My first book, From Pain to Parenthood, was published on May 8, 2013 and is available on amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com. I am also working on a fiction novel, scheduled for release in 2014.
